This is Antris Inc.’s (“Antris”) privacy policy. This document explains Antris’ policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information about an identifiable individual but does not include business contact information, such as name, position name, title, business telephone number, business address or business email except as required by applicable law.


BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US, AND/OR BY USING THE ANTRIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AS PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY LAW. WHERE YOU ARE PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF A THIRD PARTY TO US, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED CONSENT TO PROVIDE US WITH SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.


If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Antris service or provide any personal information to us. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required personal information, we may not be able to provide the Antris services to you.


THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Antris collects personal information by various methods primarily from information actively provided by its members. Antris also collects location information during an active Antris trip plan using GPS location technology.


A. The types of personal information we collect include:
(1) email address and password,
(2) if you create an Antris Personal Profile, it may include your name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, driver''s license information, gender, physical identification attributes and other personal notes you provide,
(3) trip information you choose to provide,
(4) third party contact information you choose to provide,
(5) your IP address, date and time, and other similar contextual non-personally identifiable information collected through the exchange of information between your computer and browser software and the Service’s application and server software for audit and system security purposes,
(6) Session Cookies used to recognize you, maintain your logged-in status and enhance your online experience while using the Antris service’s web based application.

B. The location information collected by GPS and other technologies during an active Antris trip plan depends on the location options selected for the trip plan by the Member or assigned by the Member’s Organization. This information is available to the Member’s Organization.
(1) To enable rapid location and response to a Member in the case of an Emergency response requested by the Member or a potential emergency situation involving the Member triggered by a failure to check-in on schedule.
(2) To enable the organization Managers to perform various workflow analytics using location data.

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION

This information is used the provide the Antris service, including without limitation identifying you, and providing your information to your selected third parties, including but not necessarily limited to your authorized personal emergency contacts and/or emergency response authorities, on the occurrence of events and emergency response criteria set up by you. A record of user requests for services, plans and profile information provided to Antris will be maintained for customer service and statistical reporting purposes.


Antris will not use user provided third party contact information for any reason other than providing the Antris service to its members.


Antris may make recommendations to members for products or services Antris thinks may be of interest to members based on your use of the Services.


Location information collected is considered confidential and will not be shared outside the Member’s Organization.

Antris may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, personal information does not include aggregate or anonymous information, which is data we collect about or through the use of the Antris service from which individual identities or other personal information has been removed. This privacy policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of such aggregate or anonymous information.



WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH

Antris does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Antris may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (each of whom shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Antris’ uses disclosed herein. We may use third party service providers to verify financial information, such as the validity of a credit card. We may also share personal information with other third parties, including, but not limited to customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the services we provide, and to our partners.


We may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or with legal process or authorities, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Antris, our users, our employees or the public, including without limitation to protect Antris or our users from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or unlawful use of the Antris services.


We may use subcontractors located in Canada and the United States to process personal information to provide the Antris service. More information can be obtained from our Privacy Officer by emailing us at privacy [at] antris.com



SECURITY

We have endeavored to put into place and maintain reasonable industry-recognized security measures in an effort to protect the security of your personal information, and in this regard, your personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information disclosed. To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, to the extent you obtain a password for use in connection with the Antris services, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. You are responsible for all uses of the Antris services by any person using your password. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been misused or misappropriated.


ACCESSING INFORMATION

Members who have created an Antris Personal Profile may view and change their personal information and update their profiles online at www.antris.com. You may request to have the information on your account deleted or removed. You may also contact us at the Antris Privacy Officer at privacy [at] antris.com and request that we update, correct or delete any personal information we have collected, and we will endeavor to respond to your inquiry or to correct, update or remove the personal information you have provided us as you indicate. However, please note that in some cases, we may believe it is necessary or appropriate to retain certain personal information we have collected, and the deletion of such personal information will be in our discretion unless otherwise required by law.


GENERAL

Antris may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how Antris uses or discloses personal information already held by Antris in a material way, Antris will obtain consent.

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders or warrants.


Antris may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) the assets of Antris, or in any other situation where personal information may be transferred as one of the business assets of Antris, provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
